Remove

1. 1. Remove timing chain cover – see operation “”Timing Chain Cover and Oil Pump Assembly Replacement
2. 2. Remove oil intake pipe (3) from timing chain cover • Remove 2x bolt (1) • Remove gasket (2)

Install

3. 3. Install new oil intake pipe (3) to timing chain cover • Clean mating surfaces • Install new gasket (2) • Install 2x bolt (1) 6 Nm

4. 4. Install timing chain cover – see operation “”Timing Chain Cover and Oil Pump Assembly Replacement
