Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side Opel Agila B

Remove

  1. 1. Remove cover (1) from engine • Remove 4x bolt
  1. 2. Install engine hoist and support engine assembly • Secure 2x support chain to 2x engine lifting eye • Tension support chains in preparation for engine mount removal
  1. 3. Remove bracket (1) from engine and engine mount, right side • Remove 4x nut
  1. 4. Remove engine mount from vehicle, right side • Remove cover (1) • Remove 3x bolt (2), 3x washer

Install

  1. 5. Install new engine mount to vehicle, right side • Install 3x washer, 3x bolt (2) 55 Nm • Install cover (1)
  1. 6. Install bracket (1) to engine and engine mount, right side • Install 4x new nut 65 Nm
  1. 7. Remove engine hoist from engine assembly
  2. 8. Install cover (1) to engine • Install 4x bolt 8 Nm
