Replace Timing Chain Sliding Rail Opel Agila A

Remove

1. 1. Remove timing case
2. 2. Block timing chain tensioner • Tension timing chain tensioner (2) in direction of arrow. Block in pretensioned position using KM-955 (1)

3. 3. Remove timing chain sliding rail (2) • Unscrew 2x bolt (1)

Install

4. 4. Install timing chain sliding rail • Tighten 2x bolt 9 Nm
5. 5. Loosen timing chain tensioner • Tension timing chain tensioner. Remove KM-955 .
6. 6. Install timing case
