Replace Timing Chain Oil Spray Nozzle (Pipe) Opel Agila A

Remove

1. 1. Remove timing case
2. 2. Remove timing chain tensioner • Tension timing chain tensioner. Block in pretensioned position using KM-955 (1) • Unscrew 2x bolt (2)

3. 3. Remove timing chain tension rail • Remove bolt (1)

4. 4. Remove timing chain oil spray nozzle (2) • Unscrew 2x bolt (1)

Install

5. 5. Install timing chain oil spray nozzle • Tighten 2x bolt 6 Nm
6. 6. Install timing chain tension rail • Tighten bolt 9 Nm
7. 7. Install timing chain tensioner • Tighten 2x bolt 9 Nm • Tension timing chain tensioner. Remove KM-955
8. 8. Install timing case
