How to Replace the Seal Ring - Front Crankshaft Opel Omega B

Remove

Remove hub of torsional vibration damper – see operation "Hub of Torsional Vibration Damper, Remove and Install".

Remove crankshaft front seal ring with KM-469-A.

How to Replace the Seal Ring - Front Crankshaft

Install

Coat sealing lip of seal ring with silicone grease (white). Insert new seal ring flush into the timing case using KM-815 (1) in conjunction with the fastening bolt for the torsional vibration damper hub.

Install hub of torsional vibration damper – see operation "Hub of Torsional Vibration Damper, Remove and Install".
