Remove
If present: remove radiator damper (3 parts).
Remove charge air hoses (1) and (2).
Remove fastening bolts (4) and (5) and remove intercooler (3).
Install
Insert intercooler and connect with fastening bolts to radiator.
Install both charge air hoses – tightening torque 3.5 Nm / 2.6 lbf. ft.
If present: install radiator damper (3 parts).
