Bypass Valve, Replace

Remove oil filter (1) with KM-726 - place collecting basin underneath.
Using tap (1) (M10 - 3rd stage), recut thread in closure disc, screw in M10 bolt and remove bypass valve from seat.

Bypass valve - drive in to stop with drift (ø approx. 15 mm/0.6 in.).
Coat seal ring of oil filter with engine oil and bolt to cylinder block - 15 Nm/11 lbf. ft.
Check engine oil level and correct if necessary.
