Dc/dc Converter Replacement (KL9) Opel Agila B

Remove

1. 1. Disconnect battery negative lead • Release nut
2. 2. Remove glove compartment (1) from instrument panel • Open glove compartment • Press 2x side panel inwards, then release from 2x locator (2)

3. 3. Release stop start system control module (1) from support bracket • Remove 2x nut (2) • Position stop start system control module to one side
4. 4. Disconnect harness connector from DC/DC converter
5. 5. Remove DC/DC converter (3) from support bracket • Remove nut (4)

Install

6. 6. Install new DC/DC converter (3) to support bracket • Install nut (4) 11 Nm
7. 7. Connect harness connector to DC/DC converter
8. 8. Secure stop start system control module (1) to support bracket • Install 2x nut (2) 11 Nm

9. 9. Install glove compartment (1) to instrument panel • Push into 2x locator (2) • Press 2x side panel inwards, then secure to instrument panel • Close glove compartment

10. 10. Connect battery negative lead • Secure nut 11 Nm
