Clutch Pedal Position Switch Replacement (KL9) Opel Agila B

Remove

1. Remove clutch pedal position (CPP1) switch (1) from bracket with the ignition 'OFF' • Disconnect harness connector • Release CPP1 switch from bracket – Depress clutch pedal (2) – Release lock nut (3)

Install

2. Install new CPP1 switch (1) to bracket • Depress clutch pedal (2) • Install CPP1 switch to bracket – Do not tighten lock nut (3) at this stage • Check clearance between end of thread and clutch pedal arm (a) 2.3 mm - 2.7 mm • Secure CPP1 switch to bracket – Secure lock nut 7.5 Nm • Connect harness connector

Remove

3. Remove clutch pedal position (CPP2) switch (1) from bracket with the ignition 'OFF' • Disconnect harness connector • Release CPP2 switch from bracket – Depress clutch pedal (2) – Release lock nut (3)

Install

4. Install new CPP2 switch (1) to bracket • Depress clutch pedal (2) • Install CPP2 switch to bracket – Do not tighten lock nut (3) at this stage • Check clearance between end of thread and clutch pedal arm (a) – Left hand drive vehicles 2.0 mm - 2.4 mm – Right hand drive vehicles 2.2 mm - 2.6 mm • Secure CPP2 switch to bracket – Secure lock nut 7.5 Nm • Connect harness connector
