- Release fuel pressure. See «FUEL PRESSURE RELEASE»(ref-49505-S39856681012001011500000). Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove air cleaner assembly. Remove flare nut from EGR valve, fixing bolts on cylinder head cover and 2 fixing bolts on exhaust manifold. Remove positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve and camshaft angle sensor. Remove ground cable fixing bolts on cylinder head cover.
- Disconnect 3 connectors from ignition coil. Remove harness bracket bolt on cylinder head cover. Remove fixing bolts on ignition coil. Remove throttle body by removing 4 fixing bolts from the common chamber.
- Remove 11 fixing bolts and the cylinder head cover. To install, clean sealing surfaces. Apply RTV sealant to corners of end camshaft towers and install NEW gasket. (Схема №3) To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts and nuts to specification. See «TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-49505-S22979059872001011500000).
