How to Replace the DVD Player Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Disconnect battery.
2. 2. Unclip DVD player panel • Unclip 2 lugs (top arrow)
3. 3. Unclip cigarette lighter panel at rear • Separate 2x wiring harness plug
4. 4. Detach DVD player panel • Unscrew 2x bolts (bottom arrow)

5. 5. Release 2x wiring harness plugs and disconnect
6. 6. Remove DVD player from installation frame

Note. 2nd mechanic required.

Install

7. 7. Install DVD player in installation frame

Note. Retaining lugs must audibly engage.

8. 8. Connect 2x wiring harness plug
9. 9. Attach DVD player panel • Tighten 2x screw

Note. Secure bolts with adhesive tape to prevent them falling out.

10. 10. Clip in cigarette lighter panel • Connect 2x wiring harness plug
11. 11. Clip in DVD player panel
12. 12. Connect battery.
13. 13. Program volatile memories
