How to Replace the Hinge - DVD System Display Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Remove DVD system display
2. 2. Detach hinge (1) • Unscrew bolt
3. 3. Release hinge (2) • Unscrew 2x bolts
4. 4. Detach installation frame

Note. Protect housing from damage with strip of adhesive tape (hatched area).

5. 5. Open housing of DVD system display • Unscrew 4x bolts (arrows)

6. 6. Detach hinge • Unscrew 2x bolts (arrows)

Install

7. 7. Attach hinge • Tighten 2x bolts 1 Nm
8. 8. Assemble housing for DVD system display • Tighten 4x bolts 1 Nm
9. 9. Attach installation frame • Insert housing into installation frame • Close hinge
10. 10. Attach hinge • Tighten bolt 1 Nm
11. 11. Fasten hinge • 2x bolts 1 Nm
12. 12. Remove strip of adhesive tape
13. 13. Install DVD system display
