How to Replace the DVD System Display Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open DVD system display
2. 2. Open and release storage compartment in 3 places
3. 3. Release moulded headlining storage compartment • Unscrew 6x bolts (arrows)

4. 4. Remove moulded headlining storage compartment • Unclip moulded headlining storage compartment • Disconnect wiring harness plug for rear interior lamp • Disconnect wiring harness plug for DVD system (1) • Remove moulded headlining storage compartment

Important. Do not damage wiring harness for interior lamp.

5. 5. Remove DVD system display • Unscrew 2x bolt (arrows)

Install

6. 6. Install DVD system display • Tighten 2x bolts 1 Nm
7. 7. Insert moulded headlining storage compartment • Clip in moulded headlining storage compartment at the front • Connect DVD system wiring harness plug • Connect wiring harness plug for rear interior lamp • Clip in moulded headlining storage compartment

Note. 2nd mechanic required.

8. 8. Fasten moulded headlining storage compartment • Tighten 6x bolts
9. 9. Clip in and close storage compartment in 3 places
10. 10. Close DVD system display
