How to Replace the Bracket (Panel) for DVD System Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Unclip DVD player panel • Unclip 2x retaining lug (arrow)
2. 2. Unclip cigarette lighter panel at rear • Separate 2x wiring harness plug
3. 3. Detach DVD player panel • Unscrew 2x bolt (arrows)

4. 4. Release 2x wiring harness plugs (arrows) and disconnect
5. 5. Remove DVD player from installation frame

Note. 2nd mechanic required.

6. 6. Detach bracket (2) • Unscrew 3x bolts
7. 7. Detach installation frame (1) from panel

Install

8. 8. Insert installation frame
9. 9. Attach bracket • Tighten 3x bolt
10. 10. Install DVD player in installation frame • Retaining lugs must audibly engage
11. 11. Connect 2x wiring harness plug
12. 12. Attach DVD player panel • Tighten 2x screw

Note. Secure bolts with adhesive tape to prevent them falling out.

13. 13. Clip in cigarette lighter panel • Connect 2x wiring harness plug
14. 14. Clip in DVD player panel
