Functional Description
The GPS control unit calculates the current position of the vehicle.
It is installed as optional equipment in conjunction with the audio systems CART2007/CCRT2008 and makes the Onstar service available to the carphone units.
The positioning data of the vehicle are made available to the call centre via an SMS message.
