Measure inner diameter of valve guide with inside micrometer.

Measure outer diameter of valve stem with outside micrometer.

Valve oversizes may already be installed ex works.

Oversize identification:

On the valve guide and on the valve stem end with the following specified identification figures/letters.

Ream valve guide from the upper side of the cylinder head to the next oversize.

After reaming, cross out identification mark and stamp in new identification mark.
