Oil pump removed.

Remove oil pump cover and pressure release valve.

Check distance between gear pair and upper edge of housing.
Indentation of gears: 0.03 to 0.10 mm.
Tooth backlash: 0.175 to 0.225 mm.
Check housing, oil pump cover and pressure release valve for wear.

Insert oil pump cover with Sealing Compound
15 03 166 (90 094 714).
Install pressure release valve (I) in sequence shown.
