How to Remove and Install the Starter Opel Meriva A

Remove

1. 1. Remove battery support.
2. 2. Release starter • Unscrew bolt (1)

3. 3. Raise vehicle all the way
4. 4. Unscrew pressure connection of differential pressure sensor (1)

5. 5. Detach 3x wiring harnesses • Unscrew 2x nuts (2 and 4) • Unscrew bolt (1)
6. 6. Remove starter (3) • Unscrew stud bolt (5) • Remove starter

Install

7. 7. Install starter • Insert starter • Tighten stud bolt 38 Nm
8. 8. Attach 3x wiring harnesses • Tighten 2x nuts • Tighten bolt
9. 9. Attach pressure connection of differential pressure sensor • Tighten pressure connection with MKM-6600-207 and KM-6600-2
10. 10. Lower vehicle all the way
11. 11. Fit starter • Tighten bolt 60 Nm

Note. Install wiring harness bracket at the same time

12. 12. Install battery carrier
