Replace Alternator Drive Disc Opel Meriva A

Remove

1. 1. Replace alternator retaining bracket
2. 2. Place alternator into vice
3. 3. Detach alternator drive disc • Unclip drive disc cover • Counterhold at drive disc with KM-6372 • Unscrew drive disc

Note. Left hand thread

Install

4. 4. Attach alternator drive disc • Counterhold at drive disc with KM-6372 • Tighten drive disc 80 Nm • Clip on drive disc cover

Note. Left hand thread

5. 5. Remove alternator from vice
6. 6. Replace alternator retaining bracket
