Replace Sheathed Glow Plugs Opel Meriva A

Remove

1. Open bonnet
2. Disconnect battery • Detach ground clamp from ground terminal – Undo nut
3. Remove engine cover.
4. Remove sheathed glow plugs (1) • Disconnect 4x wiring harness plugs • Unscrew 4x sheathed glow plug

Replace Sheathed Glow Plugs

Install

5. Install sheathed glow plugs • Tighten 4x sheathed glow plug 10 Nm • Connect 4x wiring harness plugs
6. Install engine cover.
7. Connect battery • Attach ground clamp to ground terminal – Tighten nut
8. Program volatile memory
9. Close bonnet
