How to Remove and Install the Flywheel Opel Corsa B

Flywheel, Remove and Install

Remove transmission and clutch - see operation "Clutch Disc, Thrust Plate, Clutch Thrust Bearing and / or Release Lever, Remove and Install" in group "K". Lock flywheel with KM-652 and remove (see illus. I).

Check crankshaft seal ring, flywheel and starter ring gear for damage and wear and if necessary replace.

Align flywheel and secure to the crankshaft with new bolts (see illus. II), use new bolts. For this, lock flywheel with KM-652. Install clutch and transmission - see operation "Clutch Disc, Thrust Plate, Clutch Thrust Bearing and / or Release Lever, Remove and Install" in group "K".

Flywheel to crankshaft - 30 Nm / 22 lbf. ft Insert bolts coated with bolt locking compound (red). Re-cut thread in crankshaft. + 45 ° to 60 °
