- Turn ignition off. Disconnect Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor harness connector. (Схема №5) Measure resistance between ECT sensor terminals. If resistance is less than 100 ohms, replace ECT sensor and retest system. If resistance is 100 ohms or more, go to next step.
- Disconnect ECM harness connector EM11. Check continuity between ECM harness connector EM11 terminals No. 9 (Blue/Yellow wire) and No. 12 (Black/Green wire). (Схема №3) If continuity exists, repair short circuit and retest system. If continuity does not exist, system is okay.
