Information on Octane Number Specifications
The octane numbers printed in bold face in the following tables indicate the fuel recommended ex works for the relevant engine.
Footnotes and abbreviations; see following table:
- If unleaded premium fuel is not available, use of unleaded regular RON 91 fuel is permitted provided that high engine loads, full load driving and driving with trailer loads in mountainous areas are avoided.
- If regular 91 RON fuel is used, slight decrease in output and engine speed.
- If unleaded premium fuel is not available, use of unleaded regular 91 RON fuel is possible, using a coding plug available from the "Parts and Accessories" department. See following table.
