· Ignition OFF

Disconnect intake manifold

pressure sensor connector

Disconnect throttle position

sensor connector

(Disconnect connector from

transmission control module,

option)

· Turn ignition ON

Less than 0.1 bar

· Short circuit in wiring harness

from: Intake manifold pressure sensor P23, ter. C (+ 5 Volt)

to: Intake manifold pressure sensor P23, ter. B (intake point)

· Ignition OFF

Connect throttle position sensor connector

· Turn ignition ON

Less than 0.1 bar· Throttle position sensor defective

· Ignition OFF

(Connect transmission control module connector, option)

· Turn ignition ON

Less than 0.1 bar· Short circuit in wiring harness

from: Transmission control module, ter. 24

to: Vehicle voltage or +5 Volt

or

· Transmission control module defective.

· Ignition OFF

Disconnect throttle position

sensor connector

(Disconnect connector from

transmission control module,

option)

· Ignition OFF.

· Connect jumper wire to intake

manifold pressure sensor

connector (male) P23:

from: Wiring harness

connector, ter. C

to: Wiring harness

connector, ter. B

· Turn ignition ON

4.7 to 5.1 Volt· Short circuit in wiring harness

from: Intake manifold pressure sensor P23, ter. A (Ground)

to: Intake manifold pressure sensor P23, ter. B (intake point)

or

· Line interrupted.

from: Control module K112, ter. D9 (intake point)

to: Intake manifold pressure sensor P23, ter. B

or

· Line interrupted.

from: Control module K112, ter. A1

(+ 5 Volt)

to: Intake manifold pressure sensor P23, ter. C

· Ignition OFF

· Connect throttle position sensor connector P34

· Turn ignition ON

4.7 to 5.1 Volt· Throttle position sensor P34 defective

· Ignition OFF

(Connect transmission control module connector, option)

· Turn ignition ON

4.7 to 5.1 Volt· Short circuit in wiring harness

from: Transmission control module, ter. 24

to: Ground

or

· Transmission control module defective.

· Ignition OFF

· Measure resistance with

multimeter

from: Control module K112, ter. A11

to: Intake manifold pressure sensor connector

(male) P23, ter. A

· Re-connect connector P23, connect vacuum pump MKM-667 to hose from P23.

· Ignition OFF

· Turn ignition ON
