Replace Fuel Temperature Sensor Opel Astra G

Remove

1. 1. Remove air cleaner housing with air intake hose and hot film mass air flow meter – see operation "Air Cleaner Housing, Remove and Install".
2. 2. Push top injection pipe insulation to side in direction of arrow - ensure that insulation is not damaged!
3. 3. Remove wiring harness plug (1).
4. 4. Remove fuel temperature sensor (2).

Install

5. 5. Install new fuel temperature sensor in injection pump.
6. 6. Attach wiring harness plug to fuel temperature sensor.
7. 7. Fit top injection pump insulation - ensure that it is seated correctly!
8. 8. Install air cleaner housing with air intake hose and hot film mass air flow meter – see operation "Air Cleaner Housing, Remove and Install".
