Removing - refitting: front wing Citroen Jumpy II

[1] stripping tool (-).1350-ZZ

Removing

Switch off the ignition

Wait 3 minutes before disconnecting the battery

Disconnect the battery

Remove

• The front wheels
• The front splash shields
• The front bumper
• The front headlamp

Remove

• The (1) bolt
• The bolts (2)

Disconnect the connector of the wing side repeater (as "a")

Remove

• Remove the side repeater (3)
• The wing seal (4)

Remove the bolts (5)

Unclip the trim (7); using tool [1]

Remove bolts (6)

Remove bolts (9)

Unclip the cover (8) (as "b")

Remove bolts (10)

Remove

• The bolts (11)
• The front wing (12)

Refitting

Proceed in the reverse order to removal

Adjust the fits and clearances

Tighten

• The bolts (1), (2), (5) (11) to 1,8 ± 0,1 daN.m
• The bolts (6), (9), (10) to 0,5 ± 0,1 daN.m

Reconnect the battery

Check all the equipment works
