Circuit Description
Shift solenoid valve is supplied with fused ignition voltage. Ground path is provided by PCM, depending on commanded state of solenoid. When PCM commands solenoid off, ground path is not provided and line pressure which is fed to solenoid is exhausted. When PCM commands solenoid on, ground path is provided and exhaust port is blocked, stopping exhaust of line pressure.
