Double-Weighted Flywheel, Replace
On C 24 NE and 25 NE engines:
No double-weighted flywheel; proceed analogously.
Remove clutch assembly, see coresponding operation in Group K.
Lock flywheel using KM - 139 - A or KM - 652. Mark bore for positioning screw "P" (arrow).

Lock new flywheel using KM-139-A or KM-652 and tighten - torque 60 Nm/43 lbf. ft.
Insert screws with Locking Compound 15 10 177 (90 167 347).
Screws must be recut before being used again.
With encapsulation use new screws.
Install clutch assembly, see corresponding operation in group K.
