How to Replace the Carbon Brushes Opel Omega B

Starter removed and disassembled.

Replace carbon brushes if length falls below 13 mm/0.55 in.

Unsolder carbon brushes from brush holder plate.

Solder carbon brushes. Hold flex with flat nose pliers to prevent solder from running up flex.
