How to Replace the Bearing Bushings Opel Omega B

Starter removed and disassembled.

Soak bearing bushings before installation at least 1/2 hour in oil.

Press bushing out of drive bearing with suitable drift (1).

Press bushing (2) flush into drive bearing – KM-266-A.

Press bushing from collector bearing with suitable drift – place pipe piece (1) underneath.

Press bushing into collector bearing (2) with KM-266-A.
