Replace Lower Coolant Hose Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Drain coolant • Place collecting basin underneath. • Push on suitable hose (2) • Open drain cock (1) in the direction of the arrow • Collect coolant • Close drain cock

3. 3. Detach lower coolant hose (2) from water pump housing (1) • Open clamp (3) • Disconnect coolant hose from water pump housing

4. 4. Detach lower coolant hose (2) from coolant compensation tank (1) • Open clamp (3) • Disconnect coolant hose from coolant compensation tank

5. 5. Detach lower coolant hose (3) from radiator (2) • Open clamp (1) • Separate coolant hose from radiator

Install

6. 6. Attach lower coolant hose to radiator • Connect coolant hose to radiator • Close clamp
7. 7. Attach lower coolant hose to coolant compensation tank • Connect coolant hose to coolant compensation tank • Close clamp
8. 8. Attach lower coolant hose to thermostat housing • Connect coolant hose to thermostat housing • Close clamp
9. 9. Fill and bleed cooling system
10. 10. Close bonnet
