Replace Coolant Connection Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery • Detach earth terminal
3. 3. Carefully open coolant tank cover
4. 4. Drain coolant • Place collecting basin underneath. • Push on suitable hose (2) • Open drain cock (1) in the direction of the arrow • Collect coolant • Close drain cock

5. 5. Detach 3x coolant hose (1) from coolant port (2) • Undo 3x clamps
6. 6. Remove coolant connection • Remove 3x bolt (3) from coolant connection
7. 7. Remove coolant temperature sensor (5) from coolant connection • Unclip clamp (4)

8. 8. Remove seal

Install

9. 9. Clean sealing surfaces.
10. 10. Replace seal
11. 11. Install coolant temperature sensor in coolant connection • Clip in clamp

Note. Ensure the coolant temperature sensor is seated correctly.

12. 12. Install coolant connection • Tighten 3x bolts – Tightening torque 15 Nm .
13. 13. Attach 3x coolant hose to coolant port • Attach 3x clamps
14. 14. Connect battery • Attach earth terminal
15. 15. Fill and bleed cooling system
16. 16. Program volatile memories
17. 17. Close bonnet
