Remove and Install Coolant Pump Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Raise vehicle by its full height
3. 3. Remove ribbed V-belt
4. 4. Place collecting pan underneath.
5. 5. Drain coolant • Open drain bolt on radiator (1) • Collect coolant • Close drain bolt

6. 6. Remove coolant pump • Unscrew 4x nuts

Install

7. 7. Install coolant pump • Use new gasket • Tighten 4x nuts 9 Nm
8. 8. Install ribbed V-belt
9. 9. Lower vehicle by its full height
10. 10. Top up coolant or ensure correct quantity is present.
11. 11. Close bonnet
