Remove and Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Opel Combo C

Remove

1. 1. Unlatch and disconnect exhaust gas recirculation valve wiring harness plug (2)
2. 2. Remove fastening bolts for exhaust gas recirculation valve (1) and remove exhaust gas recirculation valve

Install

3. 3. Clean sealing surfaces and remove gasket remnants
4. 4. Attach exhaust gas recirculation valve with new gasket to intake manifold – tightening torque 20 Nm
5. 5. Attach wiring harness plug for exhaust gas recirculation valve
