How to Replace the Accumulator Pressure Sensor Opel Combo C

Remove

Important: Cleanliness is absolutely essential when working on the fuel system because even small dirt particles can lead to disruption to engine operation or the fuel system. Open fuel systems must be sealed with appropriate sealing plugs from the kit (45 06 154). Sealing plugs are only designed to be used once.

  1. 1. Open bonnet
  2. 2. Waiting time for pressure relief
  3. 3. Remove accumulator pressure sensor (2) • Disconnect wiring harness plug of accumulator pressure sensor (1) – Release wiring harness plug in direction of arrow
  1. 4. Cleaning work

Install

  1. 5. Install accumulator pressure sensor • Tighten accumulator pressure sensor 70 Nm • Connect wiring harness plug – Lock wiring harness plug

Important. Wear protective glasses and gloves.

  1. 6. Check the fuel system for leaks • Start engine.

Note. Check the fuel system for escaping fuel.

  1. 7. Close bonnet
