Seal Ring - Front Crankshaft, Replace
Remove toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install".
Remove cover plate for clutch housing and lock flywheel with KM-517-B.
Remove toothed belt driving gear fastening bolt and disconnect toothed belt driving gear (2) from crankshaft with Remover KM-161-B (1).
Edge out seal ring (3) with suitable tool - ensure that sealing surfaces are not damaged.
Lightly coat seal lip of new seal ring with silicone grease (white) and insert into oil pump - drive in seal ring to the stop with KM-656 (1).
Attach toothed belt drive gear to crankshaft - 196 Nm / 145 lbf. ft.
Disconnect KM-517-B and install cover plate for clutch housing.
Install toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install".
