Strong vibrations while reverse driving.
Cause:
Design related knocking of engine mounting block rear.

Replace engine mounting block rear by improved part.
Working procedure:
1.��� Disconnect single stage box filter (pic. I, 1) electrically from mounting bracket and lay aside.
2.��� Remove mounting bracket single stage box filter (pic. I, 2) .
3.��� Remove engine mounting block rear from front axle body (4 bolts M8) .
4.��� Remove mounting bracket shifting cables form transmission (1 Torx bolt) .
5.��� Install engine bridge MKM883-1, lift engine at transmission side to release engine mounting block rear (pic. II, 1) .
6.��� Lift vehicle and remove engine compartment cover lower.
7.��� Remove axle shaft right hand side
������ -����� see working procedure "axle shaft remove and install", unit "E", Service-Instruction Vectra-B.
8.��� Remove transmission mounting bracket rear (pic. II, 2) (3 mounting bolts) with engine mounting block rear.
9.��� Install new transmission mounting bracket rear to new engine mounting block rear (3 internal hexagon bolts) , torque 45 Nm.
10.� Recut 3 threads M12 on transmission (mounting mounting bracket transmission rear) .
11.� Install transmission mounting bracket rear with engine mounting block rear and with new mounting bolts. Torque transmission mounting bracket rear to transmission M12 - 60 Nm.
Hint: Gap clearance (pic. III, arrow) between engine mounting block rear and front axle body: 2 +/- 0,2 mm.
12.� Install axle shaft right hand side
������ -����� see working procedure "axle shaft remove and install", unit "E", Service-Instruction Vectra-B.
13.� Check transmission oil level, correct if necessary.
14.� Remove remainings of oil from transmission.
15.� Lower vehicle.
16.� Lower engine with engine bridge MKM883-1.
17.� Install engine mounting block rear to front axle body (4 mounting bolts M8) , torque 20 Nm.
18.� Install mounting bracket single stage box filter.
19.� Install simple box filter and connect electrically.
20.� Install engine mounting block rear (pic. III, 1) to transmission mounting bracket rear, torque 45 Nm.
21.� Test ride, check for leaks, install engine compartment cover lower.
