Installation

Install

1. the steering wheel according to «Steering wheel, replacing»(ref-445664-S11936197072012010600000)
2. the battery lead. See «Battery, disconnecting»(ref-415278-S03862267492011081500000).

Note. For tightening torques, see: Tightening torque.

1. Lift in and open the packaging according to the instructions
2. Install clip C
3. Install the ground terminal 1 (screw in until the thread engages only).

Remove the packaging by pulling it straight downwards.

Note. Ensure that no bits of paper remain.

1. Install screws 2 and 8.

(4 and 5 are installed when installing the grab handles)

Hook on the inflatable curtain module. Install screw 3.

Note. It is very important that the hook is correctly installed.

Install

1. clip G.

(6 and 7 are installed when installing the grab handles)

Tighten screws 1-7. Tighten to 10 Nm.

Install

1. The connector
2. The headlining. See «Headlining, replacing»(ref-445638-S27260410272012010600000).
