How to Replace the Engine Oil Level Sensor Opel Vivaro A

Engine Electrics

Remove

1. Raise vehicle
2. Remove engine and transmission undershield from vehicle • Remove 8x bolt
3. Remove oil level sensor (2) from engine • Place collecting container below • Disconnect harness connector (1)

Install

4. Install new oil level sensor (2) 25 Nm to engine • Install new sealing washer • Connect harness connector (1)

5. Install engine and transmission undershield to vehicle • Install 8x bolt 8 Nm
6. Lower vehicle
7. Check engine oil level; top-up if necessary
