1. 1. Test condition, proper charge state and ground connection of battery
2. 2. Check starter cable for proper connection to starter and positive battery terminal highest permissible voltage drop in cable during the starter operation is 0.5 volt - measure voltage at starter terminal • For greater voltage drops, check contact part of ignition lock, selector lever switch and plug connections for adequate contact
3. 3. Check starter • Connect Opel Tester - proceed according to operating instructions
