How to Replace the Control Unit Preheat System Opel Vivaro A

1. Disconnect wiring harness from charge pressure sensor

  • Release integral clip

2. Remove preheating control unit (1)

  • Remove nut

3. Disconnect wiring harness connector from preheating control unit

  • Release integral clip

4. Connect wiring harness connector to preheating control unit

  • Secure integral clip

5. Install preheating control unit (1)

6. Connect wiring harness connector to charge pressure sensor

  • Secure integral clip
