Replace Exhaust Gas Recirculation Metal Pipe Opel Meriva A

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Detach top exhaust gas recirculation metal pipe (2) • Unscrew 2 bolts (1) on cylinder head
3. 3. Raise vehicle all the way
4. 4. Detach bottom exhaust gas recirculation metal pipe • Loosen 2 bolts (3) on intake flange • Remove exhaust gas recirculation metal pipe (2)

Install

5. 5. Attach bottom exhaust gas recirculation metal pipe • Position exhaust gas recirculation metal pipe on intake flange • Tighten 2 bolts
6. 6. Lower vehicle all the way
7. 7. Attach top exhaust gas recirculation metal pipe • Tighten 2 bolts
8. 8. Close bonnet
