How to Replace the Fan Motor Opel Meriva A

Remove

1. 1. Remove radiator
2. 2. Detach fan housing (1) • Unscrew 4x bolt

3. 3. Detach fan motor (2) • Unclip 5x wiring harnesses • Detach series resistor (1) – Unscrew 2x bolt • Unscrew 3x bolt

Install

4. 4. Attach fan motor • Tighten 3x bolts 4 Nm • Attach series resistor – Tighten 2x bolts 4 Nm • Clip in 5x wiring harnesses
5. 5. Attach fan housing • Tighten 4x bolts 5 Nm
6. 6. Install radiator
