How to Replace the Front Engine Damping Blocks Opel Frontera A

Engine Front Damping Blocks, Reeplace

A - right side

B - left side

.D. ICON01.tif0,750,75tiff;; Remove, Disconnect

Bonnet - see corresponding operation in group A.

Engine damping block from engine bracket.

Engine damping block from chassis - raise engine.

Heat protector (arrowed) from engine damping block - left side only.

Heat protection to left side damping block.

Engine damping block to chassis and engine bracket - lower engine.

Bonnet - see corresponding operation in group A.

.D. ICON09.tif0,750,75tiff;; Tighten (Torque)

Engine damping block to engine bracket nut - 85 Nm / 63 lbf ft.

Engine damping block to chassis bolts - 50 Nm / 37 lbf ft.
