Camshaft bearing cover from cylinder head, remove camshaft.
Seal ring from camshaft.

Coat sliding surfaces of hydraulic valve lifters and camshaft with MoS2 paste.
Camshaft in cylinder head.
| Camshaft bearing cover - apply Sealing Compound 15 04 201 (90 350 544) to sealing surfaces of guide bearing (1) - if necessary, use comparable commercially available sealing agent. | |||

Coat seal lip of seal rings thinly with protective grease.
