Remove

Dropping resistor (arrowed) from front of vehicle – harness connector.

Dropping Resistor Check - 4JG2T

Inspect

Dropping resistor for continuity - use ohmmeter.

Replace dropping resistor if an open circuit is indicated.

Install

Dropping resistor to front of vehicle - harness connector.
