Replace Fan Motor (Without Air Conditioning) Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Remove radiator
2. 2. Detach fan housing • Unscrew 2x bolts • Unclip intercooler (1) • Remove 2x from bracket

3. 3. Detach fan motor • Detach fan wheel from fan motor – Unscrew 3x bolts (1) • Detach wiring harness plug with series resistor (3) – Unscrew bolt • Detach fan motor from fan housing – Unscrew 3x bolts (2)

Install

4. 4. Attach fan motor • Attach fan motor to fan housing – Tighten 3x bolts • Attach wiring harness plug with series resistor – Tighten bolt • Attach fan wheel to fan motor – Tighten 3x bolts
5. 5. Attach fan housing • Insert 2x in bracket • Clip in intercooler • Tighten 2x bolt 5 Nm
6. 6. Install radiator
