Replace Fan Motor (With Air Conditioning System) Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Remove radiator
2. 2. Remove fan housing (1) • Unclip 2x hoses

3. 3. Detach fan motor • Detach fan wheel from fan motor – Unscrew 3x bolts (1) • Detach wiring harness plug with series resistor (3) – Unscrew bolt • Detach fan motor from fan housing – Unscrew 3x bolts (2)

Install

4. 4. Attach fan motor • Attach fan motor to fan housing – Tighten 3x bolts • Attach wiring harness plug with series resistor – Tighten bolt • Attach fan wheel to fan motor – Tighten 3x bolts
5. 5. Install fan housing • Clip in 2x hoses
6. 6. Install radiator
