How to Remove and Install the Dis Ignition Module Opel Astra G

Remove

Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) and ignition cable plug from DIS ignition module.

Remove DIS ignition module from carrier plate – 3 fastening bolts.

Install

Install DIS ignition module on carrier plate – tightening torque 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.

Caution

Note ignition sequence – cylinder numbers are on ignition cables and DIS ignition module.

Install

Connect wiring harness plugs and ignition cable plugs to DIS ignition module.
