Oxygen Sensors
Both DOHC–0 petrol engines are fitted with two heated oxygen sensors.
The first oxygen sensor (upstream from catalytic converter) monitors the residual oxygen content in the exhaust gas and controls the mixture regulation. A second oxygen sensor is fitted downstream to monitor the efficiency of the catalytic converter.
